Booking policies

These policies cover bookings made through JustRWC — Queensland Approved Inspection Station #11933. They're here so there are no surprises on the day. If something genuinely unexpected comes up, get in touch and we'll work it out.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• More than 24 hours' notice: reschedule or cancel free of charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the inspection fee is retained.
• No-show or vehicle unavailable on arrival: the full inspection fee is payable.

Genuine emergencies are always considered — please call or text us as early as possible on 0456 620 490.

Re-inspection

If the vehicle does not pass at the initial inspection, items that fail must be repaired and the vehicle re-presented for inspection.

• Re-inspection travel fee: flat $50 per return visit.
• Re-inspections must be carried out within the validity period set out in the inspection paperwork.
• Where significant repairs are required, the re-inspection may be quoted separately.

Additional travel

JustRWC services Brisbane, Ipswich, the Lockyer Valley and Toowoomba as standard. Bookings outside this area may attract an additional travel fee — this will always be quoted and agreed in writing before the inspection is confirmed.

Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received against the invoice we send through. Inspection certificates are lodged once payment has cleared.
